So I went to do my psychological test in Aug and failed.. psychiatrist suggested me to do three to six months of counseling so I completed the counseling, and he wrote a letter stating that I complete the counseling. and he'll prove me weight loss surgery now my insurance says that it was not enough information was I supposed to retake the psychological test or what please I need help

Ask the insurance company exactly what they need.

The ins. Company said they do not have enough information from the psychologist. He basic ally wrote I was approved and I complied with his orders for me to get the surgery. The insurance company told me to TLK with my surgeon ppl
