So I had failed psych evaluation test back in August and the psychologist told me to take 3 to 6 months session with a psychiatrist . I completed the requirements, so he wrote a letter saying that he approves me for weight loss surgery. Now my insurance is saying that they does not have enough information has anyone ever took the psychological evaluation test failed? what are the insurance company looking for? -

Thank you for replying and you are right. I am not mentally ready because I haven't changed my eating habits yet.. -
So I went to do my psychological test in Aug and failed.. psychiatrist suggested me to do three to six months of counseling so I completed the counseling, and he wrote a letter stating that I complete the counseling. and he'll prove me weight loss surgery now my insurance says that it was not enough information was I supposed to retake the psychological test or what please I need help Sent from my Z820 using the BariatricPal App

Go with United Health Care if you have medicaid. I was denied by Amerigroup Samsumg GS5 Why was you denied?

So I just completed everything turned my papers in and now I'm about to start a job. My surgeon insurance person said they are scheduling surgery for late February. how do I tell my new job about the surgery. I will have orientation in 1-2 weeks at a manufacturing company should I tell them when I go to orientation or wait till I get a date Sent from my Z820 using the BariatricPal App

I have Medicaid and I haven't been working since my arthritis in my knee gotten unbearable.. I think when u start working Medicaid give you two months before that take away Sent from my Z820 using the BariatricPal App
