So I had failed psych evaluation test back in August and the psychologist told me to take 3 to 6 months session with a psychiatrist . I completed the requirements, so he wrote a letter saying that he approves me for weight loss surgery. Now my insurance is saying that they does not have enough information has anyone ever took the psychological evaluation test failed? what are the insurance company looking for?

The ins. Company said they do not have enough information from the psychologist. He basic ally wrote I was approved and I complied with his orders for me to get the surgery. The insurance company told me to TLK with my surgeon ppl Sent from my Z820 using the BariatricPal App

Go with United Health Care if you have medicaid. I was denied by Amerigroup Samsumg GS5 Why was you denied?

So I just completed everything turned my papers in and now I'm about to start a job. My surgeon insurance person said they are scheduling surgery for late February. how do I tell my new job about the surgery.
