First time

First time writing on here. Got sleeved 1/19/17

Came home Friday afternoon and could only drink Water

Saturday I drank one full Isopure and one water bottle but didn't add up to the 64oz

Today I did all the 64oz and I feel great!

It's just hard seeing everyone around me eat and enjoy it but I keep telling myself that I will eat again and this will all be worth it.

Hope everyone has a wonderful journey

Health insurance with Kaiser

I had to do a 12 week options class before surgery.. started the class in May finished in August because I missed a few classes and had to make them up. Decided to get surgery after the holidays

Congratulations! I was also sleeved on the same day. I have not had a day that I could get up to 64oz yet but I'm able to consume a couple of Protein shakes so far. Good luck!

I was using an isolate but switched to a higher calorie whey made by body forteess. The thought was to increase calories and carbs during the liquid only post opt two weeks.
