1year 7 months Post-op and stalled for 6 months!

I had gastric sleeve surgery a little over a year and a half ago. I am down 95 pounds, but I have been stuck at the same weight, 203, for 6 months. I workout with a trainer 3 times a week, stick to around 1000-1200 calories, and about 80-100 grams of Protein... But still nothing. Thoughts?

Have you tried upping your calorie intake? Are you getting your fluids? Are you eating "good" calories ( high protien low carb)?

I agree with kimberb....try increasing your calories. That seems to do it for me when I'm at a stall.

Also thinking that it's not enough calories. How much Water are you getting in? Increasing water to 70 oz a day helps me a lot.
