Pre op diet and body cramps

So I got approved for he gastric bypass and my surgery is Jan 24th I'm totally excited, but I started my pre op who's is liquid diet for 7 days, on the Jan 17th, so into day 2 I noticed my body has been really cramping up, like cramps in my stomach, feet, legs, sides and back, wondering if anyone experienced this, Im thinking it may the the Protein shakes, I'm not sure I have been drinking 5 a day totaling 75 grams of protein a day, and drinking a lot of fluids as well. Anyone else experience this? I'm drinking EAS advantage shakes??

I had similar cramping problems. I think I was dehydrated. I increased my Water intake and the cramping stopped.
