Only problem I had was constipation I thought I try ever thing but my daughter said mom have you tried castor I said no but you are right and it work with thin. 5minutes I was going to the bathroom thank God. My starting weight was 260. Now I weigh 198. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120AZ using BariatricPal mobile appI didn't like that one I got the boost chocolate and I got the protein bars with the peanut in them and sugar free popsicle and Crystal light my insurance paid for the boost I brought my protein bars from Drug mart or try Sam club WALLMART that always have them on sale that optifast my Sis: in Christ said she did not like it or protein bars so she switch to the boost like me. When I got Hungry I prayed. I would eat a protein bar in morning that help me. I had the sleeve on 11-17-16. My starting weight was 260. My weight now is 198. I thank God I fell better and looking good my daughter said mom you look so young I said thank you and you no that the Lord beautify the meek with salvation.
