Ready to go!

I am so excited. I got my referral from my pcp this morning. Going to seminar the 25th. I am so ready to get some help with all these chronic health problems. After all my research, my biggest concern is my age. I am 65, but maybe I will feel younger once I feel better and not like pillsbury dough girl. This cold has really been getting worse, along with the diabetes. Will be on here to share my trip and share yours with you. :)

if you check my signature below

i was almost a 58 years OLD fart DOS

i am now 63 years YOUNG

i feel healthier and happier!!

many of your health issues will improve

others will completely disappear!!

ie high blood pressure, diabetes

knees, walking etc should improve too

don't worry about your age

your as young as you feel, right??

as you lose weight you will feel better too

FYI/suggestion

keep a journal/blog with everything good and bad

you experience pre-op and post-pos

do as i say, not as as I do LOL

also take your measurements

period transformation pictures (monthly etc)

and of course keep track of your weight

your excitement/joy shines through my monitor

looking forward to hearing about your journey

good luck

kathy

Thanks for your reply Kathy. I haven't seen many on here my age. I am just so excited to start. Yes, I actually have to have MRI tomorrow. My knees are killing me, but they said it's coming from 3 ruptured discs in my back and not really my knees. Oh yes, I will probably document everything. Like today, I have been off and on here all day soaking up info. Plus get rid of the shots and all these pills. Sometimes I think they make you sick when there's so many. I will keep in touch as I go along. You too.
