Vitamins

What vitamins are you using durning your pre op and post op diets? I just ordered vitamin patches because I was thinking the less pills I have to try to swallow the better. Thank you for your replies

7 mos post op, I've been on Patches for 6 mos...perfect labs, no horse pills to chew or swallow and no nausea. Winning :)
