Protein shakes

I was told to get the Atkins advantage shakes for my pre op liquid diet. I have read everywhere that premium protein is the best tasting so I checked and premium shakes have 160 calories, and 60 grams of protein, 1gram sugar, and 5 carbs, Atkins has 150 calories , 15 grams of protein, 1gram sugar, 1 gram net carbs. They said I could use another product as long as they had same components of the Atkins, and I'm getting 30 grams of protein with premium. I've heard it tastes good which is why I bought premium, can anyone tell me if I am doing the right thing ?

You typed "premium" but I believe you meant "Premier".

Also, Premier Protein shakes have 30 grams protein in one 11 oz shake.

They are really good. That's what I have had since my pre-op diet and after surgery. I'm over 8 weeks post-op.

I think Premier would be a really good choice for you... seems like it would be better than Atkins.

Premier has 30 gram of Protein not 60
