Can't wait to go home

I had my surgery on January 11th, and I'm still in the hospital. I didn't have anything to drink or eat since Tuesday night at 9p.m . I'm so ready for a drink of Water or broth .

Can someone tell me what the leak test is??

The day after surgery you are given a liquid to drink and they take an x-ray of your new belly to make sure you have no leaks and that they can start you on liquid diet. The stuff tastes ratched but everyone has to go through that before they clear you for liquids.
