I've been stalled for about 2 weeks now.

I was in a stall and just BUSTED OUT OF IT, I lost 5 pounds in the last week ?!

I'm still taking my antacids (because I take steroids for asthma, which can cause problems) but only 1 a day instead of 2.

11/14/16 surgery

SW: 216

CW: 188

I've been stalled out for a couple of weeks but definitely feel my body changing. Clothes are starting to fit differently and that's encouraging! Still a bit low energy though...

Anybody experiencing red bumps/welts on forearms and shins? Not sure if I'm experiencing an allergic reaction or something related to dehydration/potassium levels!

Good job fellow November sleevers. Glad to see people checking in!
