The biggest stall ever or is it the end.
I don't count calories. My doctor asks that we get less than 60g carbs , less than 20g fat as well as 60-80g of protein.

HAve you tried changing your workouts up? Sometimes your body gets used to a routine and you have to shock it. If you do a lot of lifting normally maybe do extra cardio for awhile for example. Good Luck!

When to count calories
My doctor isn't concerned with calories as long as I'm getting 60-80g protein, less than 60g carbs and less than 20g fat. He doesn't want me to focus on calories because then I'll stress about too much or not enough. If I'm listening to my body I'll do fine and I have so far. 7 weeks out and I'm down 50 lbs.

When did you guys go back to work?
I'm a Labor & Delivery nurse. Took 2 weeks off. I made it through but probably would have felt better after 3 or 4 weeks off.

5 weeks post op diet
I'm about 5 weeks post op. Mostly eating chicken breast, tuna, eggs, steamed veggies, and protein shakes when my stomach is uneasy. My doctor released me fully at 3 weeks.

Calcium suggestions
Can anyone recommend a calcium supplement? The one I've been taking requires me to take 2 caps 3 times a day and they almost always make me sick. Ive tried a few and they all make me nauseous. I'm to the point where I'm not taking them anymore.

Thinking Ahead
I had my sleeve on 11/28 and I go back to work Thursday. I'm a Labor &Delivery nurse but my doctor released me to go back with no restrictions. I'm SO nervous as my job is very physically demanding. Sent from my SM-J700T using the BariatricPal App
