  3. Yes I've lowered cal intake and increased exersise. It has helped but things are still slow. Any weight loss is better than none. Thanks
  4. How many are able to overcome cravings. What do you do to get past it. I'm not hungry but I constantly think of food and feel like I NEED something in my mouth all the time. I know this is my problem and I can't seem to find the willpower to get through it. TIA[emoji4]
  5. I started cize 6 week training. It's everyday for six weeks. I don't think I can hang everyday. I also have a bow flex and try to get some strength training every other day. I'm just so exhausted after work lately that I really haven't been consistent.

  15. What ever help yall can think of to keep me in line. I'll accept it. Yes my bad coffee is full of sugar and cream. I also have become addicted to it and wine. So I'm gonna cold turkey and stop this madness. I've been just getting by as far as doing things right. I'm going to be accountable for everything I consume. I've got to be stronger than this. 16. Need someone to hold me accountable. I'm seven months out from surgery and Im having the worst stall. Today is the last day of "bad coffee". I'm about to get very strict on my diet ie. Protein, carbs, calories, and Water intake. this is day 1 of 5 for cardio. Day 1 of 3 for strength training. I'm tired of getting passed up by people that had surgery around the same time as me. So I'm gonna get a little competitive and do more and be more. I'll be damned if I went through this only to lose 55 pounds. Ok.... Now that my rant is done. If anyone wants to keep me in check please do. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App

  19. I've been getting about 80g of Protein. Checked my journal today and I think carbs and calories are doing me in. 1200 cal. Average alittle over 60 g carbs a day. How strict should I be with carbs and calories. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App
  20. I haven't seen a nutritionist. I had surgery in Mexico. I was given guidelines while I was there. I will try to find a good one though. Thanks Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App
  21. And I need to journal better, pre plan my day. I have restriction but it goes away very fast. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App
  22. Thanks for the responses. I'm exercising but not consistantly. I've got to do better about that. I've decided to set a timer to eat meals and Snacks. I think I'm grazing throughout the day and that makes it hard for me to keep up with calories and what not. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App

  24. Trying to stay around 1000 calories, not sure on the Protein sometimes 60 grams, I'm definitely not getting enough Water. Trying to eat less than 20 gram of carbs at each meal.? Don't know what my carb intake should be. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App
  25. Ok, I'm 7 months post op. I've lost 55 lbs. I haven't lost pounds or inches in 2 months. I know everyone is different. I just expected to be at a different point right now. I wanted to be under 200 lbs and it's such a struggle. I'm so worried that this is all I will lose and I'll be a failure, AGAIN! I need to hear from any of you that have gone through this and got back to losing your weight. I'm really getting depressed over it. Please give me some encourgament. 29. Trying around 80g Protein. Mostly eating meat. Just started Isopure Protein drinks yesterday. And no, probably not getting enough fluids. Which are difficult because I work in a Laboratory, you can't have food or Water near your work area. Sent from my SM-G900R7 using the BariatricPal App
