Do you practice intermittent fasting? If so, how many hours do you fast? I've been doing intermittent fasting on food from 7pm to 11am. Plenty of liquids of course. Is this too strict? Not strict enough?

I do 16/8 theoretically, but with my schedule it turns out to be more like 18/6. I've never been a Breakfast person, and now that I'm a bit father out, I feel like it helps me limit my calories.
