Change in diet

Ok due to the vomiting and not understanding what is causing it I have been writing everything down that I have been eating and stopping the ones that cause me issues.

So here is the list of the foods I used to love but can no longer stand - bacon, poached eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, tinned tuna, salad cream, mayonnaise, any fatty foods, oils.

I used to love the above, but it's the new me and I am already down to 112kg .

Do you still have your gallbladder? Fatty foods would make me deathly ill?

Yeah, those are all relatively fatty. Perhaps you have developed gall stones? Eating a fatty meal and having gall stones can cause pain/nausea/vomiting.
