@@Bree1984 not good they give u 6 months to meet your goal weight, go to a bunch of classes, keep a food log, see a physc, a nutritionist (I payed 65$ every time I went for an appointment) I asked for help a bunch of times Bc I can't lose the weight and nothing it is why I'm looking into getting my surgery in MX. Where exactly are y getting yours? What regulations did they give you? I know I had a million loops to jump through

    I work for kaiser Permanente, so I have kaiser insurance. I've gone through 11 weeks of classes and my last one is next week. The classes have been really great, I feel like I have learned so much that I didn't already know. I've really struggled with losing weight during the 12 weeks. Turns out, it's really hard to lose weight during thanksgiving and Christmas. I did Optifast last year and I lost 40 pounds, have you considered trying that to lose the weight needed for surgery? I know a lot of people go to Mexico and have great outcomes.
