Newbie help

11 days out. This is first day I feel anything close to normal, have been in so much pain. Anyway, I know I am not coming anywhere near close to Protein goal, should I just switch to all Protein shakes? I am full all of the time. Maybe now that I feel a bit better, pain and swelling will subside, and it will progress

Getting in your liquids is most important. If you are feeling better then definitely up the protein shakes to meet that goal. It will help you feel better. You can also add unflavored protein to soups, cottage cheese, and other things on your plan. Glad you are feeling better!

I am usually getting in 32 to 48 oz. sugar free pops and constant sipping. Had terrible pain after swallowing just below breastbone. But thankfully it's improved a great deal the past couple off days. Trying to add Protein to anything as well, but the shakes are the easiest

Sleeved on 12/19. I still do mostly shakes. I also eat Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt 1/3-1/2 of a container at a time. I am supposed to be able to have mushy/soft foods as of now, but I may hold off a bit.
