Instagram

Hi, everyone. I had my surgery October 31, 2016. It was a life changing experience that I am truly proud of. I am thinking of making me a separate Instagram to walk people through my weight loss journey. I know I'm going to receive a lot of back lash, but Idc. How many of you would follow my Instagram journey?

    I have an Instagram fitness account documenting my attempts at weight loss over the past 20 months. I am thinking of converting it to a VSG account as well. I've found Instagram to be the most helpful community for weight loss. Search tags like #vsg #vsgcommunity #vsgjourney and #Vsginstacrew .... I say definitely go for it
