Post-op 3 weeks

I'm aware that your weight loss will stop at about the 3 week post-op period. My question is ... How long does this last?? Why does this happen?

    I think the length of time is different for everyone. it takes time for your body to adjust and you will have stalls throughout your entire journey. the goal is just not panic but revisit your plan are you eating enough protein drinking enough water exercising then just up those slightly again don't panic and do too much. it will kick in again in a week or two and you will start dropping again. no rhyme or reason it will just happen good luck to you
