I had my surgery on the 12th (bypass, not sleeve), and yesterday when i went to change my dressing (the one that has to be packed), out flowed a river of pus and blood. Went to the ER and was told this was "normal" at this point past surgery, was called a seroma, and to expect it to continue to drain. Never had heard about this when researching the surgery, has anyone else had an issue with this?
