Belly noises

I'm 3 days post sleeve surgery. I really since I get it wonder if I've done the right thing. What I'd I didn't? When I doing something I hear this gargling noise is this normal? I'm ready to be normal and so want to be! Please help!

      The gurgling noise is normal after gastric sleeve surgery, your stomach will make all sorts of funny noises for a while.
