So I called my insurance company (BCBSIL) to check on the status of my approval twice. Once this morning to which they were still reviewing it and just now to which I was informed that it was approved!!! I'm too excited.

Should I call my doctors office in the morning or wait until my letter of approval comes in the mail???

    I called my Dr's office as soon as I was told it was approved. They were able to call with the authorization number and verify the approval without waiting on the approval letter.
