NUTS!

Does anyone else never feel full when eating nuts? I get full so fast with any other food.

    Not sure. I portion out my nuts so I never eat more than I should...but I am always able to eat my portion which isn't always the case with dense protein. However a portion of nuts is more like 1 oz and a portion of protein is closer to 3
