Don't want to regain

so for the last month or so I have found that I dip occasionally in sweets I try not to do it to much but at least 2 timeso a week's I'll have a cookie or a bite of cake I the remainder of the day I'm usually sticking with my diet I'm 6 months post op sw was 227 and cw 148 I find that I stalled a lot through the process and when I do I bounce back 2lbs or so until lose again I get my daily Protein and my meals are 1/2 cup mostly meats and cheese some veggies here and there is get my Water in and workout 5 days a week 1hr 40 cardio 20 weight training but I'm scared at my dipping situation I truly don't want to regain any weight and would prefer to lost another 20 if I can so I want to know about a pouch reset or something that can trigger my mind and body back together I'm conscious of what I'm doing because I count my carbs and even when I cheat I account for them but I need help
