How much protein?

I just want to see what some of the numbers are of how much Protein everyone is getting in a day? I think my number are off, I know the more the better but how much is everyone getting and is still losing?

I can only get 60grams of shakes in and it's really hard to get more grams through the day. Is 60 grams a day bad?

  • I am getting 60-65. I don't drink shakes anymore. I can't tolerate them. They make me so sick. I eat cottage cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, GENEPRO Protein powder, chicken , salmon and fair life milk

My program call for 60-85 grams a day.

In the beginning I was doing 90 with shakes. I get between 110 and 130 a day with just food.
