3 Week Update

Today marks three weeks since my surgery and I am down 40 pounds from my heaviest weight before surgery. I feel great! I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Looking forward to next week when I can start adding back foods. The soft foods stage is kinda limiting just like the liquid stage. There is only so much you can have. I have found a few new recipes that I want to try so I'll have something special for Christmas while everyone else gets to eat good stuff. Pinterest has been a big help with new recipes and stuff I want to try when I can add chicken and hamburger back to my diet. Feels good to be on the losers bench and being successful.
