I eat Fage FF yogurt with a packet of Splenda mixed in. I add blueberries if I have them. I also eat FF cottage cheese, light string cheese, FF refried Beans, beef Jerky, Protein shakes, protein Water, Steamfresh veggies, lean meats, and more.

Had lapband surgery 10/12/16

Bread cheese, string cheese, grilled seafood, sashimi, raw oysters, edamame, occasionally pork clouds (pork rinds made with olive oil and low processing) for a snack, unflavored Protein GENEPRO in my coffee are some of my favorites... I don't like turkey, chicken very much. I wish I did. I don't like any Protein shakes or Protein Bars but it's mainly because I've always had an anti-sweet tooth.
