Lose weight in face?

I lost 70 lbs since April surgery...about 25, 30 left to go. How do I lose weight in the face...i dont have loose skin per se...but my cheeks are sagging. 42 years old, but look younger so its not that...does the face skin tighten up last?

      Do side by side pictures of your face before and after weight loss. My guess is you both have lost a lot in your faces, everyone does.

    I am having more micro current treatments to tone my saggy my jowls and flattening cheeks.

    The treatments definitely increase collagen. I am halfway through the tx and see lots of plumping already. Even on my the rings on my neck.
