Yes as long as it's Zero for both. It's counted towards water intake

IS IT OKAY TO DRINK Vitamin Water..AND GATORADE....

Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App

I am not allowed to drink regular vitamin water and regular gatorade. They have too much sugar in them.

But I am allowed to drink Powerade Zero and Vitamin Water 0 calorie. Also, I think that Gatorade makes a G2 that might be a low cal/low/no sugar drink.

When in doubt, check with your nutritionist or doctor. I just know that I was told to stay away from sugary drinks.
