I'm going through a stall that I know is my fault. I will not list my sins, I will only say I'm ready to get back on track. I'm only 8 weeks out so it's too early to allow bad habits or lack of will power to negate this huge process I went through. I feel sort of lost in regard to what to eat. My fridge is on the fritz and I can't buy a new one until the 15th, so there are no proper groceries here. I could really use some support and encouragement. No negatively please. Has anyone fought themselves this early on? What worked to get you back on track?
