Hunger pains 2 weeks post lapband

Hello,

I was banded November 14th. I have terrible hunger pains. I feel like I need to try and eat more but that doesn't help. The hunger pains return after about 10 mins. Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks,

Rosemarie

Your band is not yet restricted. Your mind may be telling you it is hunger pain when it is really normal digestion. Talk with your surgeon's office. It is easy to let our imagination get away from us. Drink a glass of Water or hot tea or Protein shake.

You can do this! Success will be yours if you invest the time and effort into yourself. Good luck and be strong.

Are you banded or do you have the sleeve? Your profile says Gastric Sleeve?
