Extra protein

This Protein blends are really good. I eat them with a piece of chicken or fish to substitute the rice or carbs. They come in diferent types of varieties.

I second this. My mom found these on sale and bought one of each flavor for me...and the the rest of the family just inhaled them. They are soft, tasty, and a great way to mix up the diet.

I checked the carbs in the Hawaiian one. 32 grams per serving, the serving size is 11/2 cups. Only 12 grams of Protein.

They do have a lot of carbs. I had Italian pre op which was good. Tried Asian one the other day it was gross. My fiance eats almost anything and agreed it wasn't good. We threw it out.

Not if you are supposed to eat 20 gr of Protein to every 5 gr of carbs. Just because a label says a food is "high protein " doesn't mean it is.
