Please notify your surgeon and let him/her know this is happening. Wish I could give better advice... .but at three weeks, depending on your plan, you should be able to keep hydrated and work towards your protein goal. Please call them. :)

Hi Carrie I just posted a feed about this I am about two weeks out with the same issue no pain just always nautious. My doc previously prescribed me Zofran which didn't do anything for me but everyone is different. I called the doc when the nausea wouldn't go away and he prescribed me phenergan which is much better then Zofran but it makes you sleepy. I am hoping it goes away soon! I hope yours goes away soon!
