i AM ONE WEEK POST OP SINCE HAVING THE VSG. IM BEEN DOING THE 3 Protein shakes A DAY NOW AND DRINKING Water AND HAVING SUGAR FREE Jello . AND Soup broth . IDK IF ITS THE HUNGER I STILL BE FEELING OR IF IT GAS. SO I JUST STRAT SIPPING WATER AGIAIN. IS THIS NORMAL. IM JUST WONDERING IF IM DOING EVERYTHING I SHOULD AT THIS POINT OR IS THERE ANY TIP WHILE STILL IN THE liquid PHASE TO HELP. i WANT TO BLEND MY OWN DRINK BUT SCARED THAT IT COULD BE TOO MUCH OR IT COULD BE HIGH IN SUGAR. PLEASE HELP

I'm also one week out. I want some food other than broth and shakes too.

Do you know when you get to move on to the next food stage? Planning my grocery shopping for that has been keeping my mind busy.

so i see my surgeon next week thursday for my first post op appt so im hoping i can advance after next week to soft food so i can go food shopping cuz still hungry as ever but havent slipped up too scare too actually.
