Hiatal hernia - post op

Has anyone been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia post -op? I've been just diagnosed and need to see my surgeon about treatments. My hernia is a sliding hernia and looking at research I may need to have another surgery to correct it.

Anyone have any experience of this?

I never knew I had a hernia (large/ruptured) when they did my sleeve..He repaired it while in surgery and that repair was most of my pain..
