Don't get into the habit of replacing carby stuff with the Protein you're supposed to have instead. Find foods high in protein you can tolerate. You only have so much room in there, make it count.

I'm five weeks out. I've had to improvise on things I can eat since many foods on the doc list I can't tolerate. Any thoughts?
