vitamin issues

My surgeon said to start the Vitamins a month before surgery. I started way earlier since I didn't know when I would be scheduled. I tried for about a week and ended up having to stop. The vitamins gave me diarrhea.

Now that I'm scheduled I started the vitamins again...hoping for a better result. No such luck. They are definitely causing me issues.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do yo know exactly which Vitamin was the cause? Would trying the patch vitamins be better? I'm just not sure what to do.

Are they the same brand as before or have you tried different one? Are they tablets, chewables? Do they have a high dose of Iron in them?
