had my pre-op

well I just got home from my pre-op appt and i got my optifast bars and shakes that I must started as of monday sept 17 oh boy its seems like this is going to be hard but the told me after im band im on liquids for a week then mushies the second week by the thrid week im back to solid foods.i hope im able to handle it.

congrats hun...lucky you i have 3 weeks on mushies....just take it easy i happen to like the liquids...ask your doctor about sugar free jello i was allowed to eat that during the first stage
