Feeling sick

I did everything i wqs suppose to today i stuck with my liquid protien i finally ate my dinner @6 i didnt over eat and i took slow bites i mostly only had meat and some non starcy veggies. Why do I feel sick now that i ate is that normal??? I feel very nauseous. I am in pre op diet phase

I'm not sure why you would feel sick in the preop phase. Did you eat something that didn't agree with you?

That is weird. I am guessing you ate something that did not agree with you given you have not even had surgery yet.

Hope you feel better soon.

Perhaps im feeling better now it didnt last very long i may jusy have to get use to this diet ive never even hsd Protein shskes before today its just all new i guess
