So tired...

Hi Everyone! Happy almost Thanksgiving!

I am just a little over 3 weeks out from surgery and I am exhausted. All I want to do is get in bed and sleep. I know that being tired is a common issue after surgery and as you adjust to your new lifestyle, but when did this start to turn around for you? I am trying to focus on getting my Protein in each day, getting my fluids and taking my Vitamins but it has been a struggle. My NUT gave me the green light last week to move to soft food but nothing really tastes good and the 30/30 rule is killing me. I know this gets better and I know I am probably just having one of those "what did I do to myself" days so if you have any advice/wisdom to share, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Kathy
