I was exhausted the first month. By the end of month 1, though, I was feeling normal. By the end of month 2, I was starting to feel the effects of the weight loss and I started feeling great. Sent

It will get really good around Christamas. You will have more energy each day. Keep pushing forward. Sent from my SM-G360T1 using the BariatricPal App

I'm at 4 weeks and feel the tiredness as well. I've been giving in to it about half the time and napping. But I honestly do feel better today than 3 or 4 days ago. Sent from my iPhone using the

Hi Everyone! Happy almost Thanksgiving!
I am just a little over 3 weeks out from surgery and I am exhausted. All I want to do is get in bed and sleep. I know that being tired is a common issue after surgery and as you adjust to your new lifestyle, but when did this start to turn around for you? I am trying to focus on getting my Protein in each day, getting my fluids and taking my Vitamins but it has been a struggle. My NUT gave me the green light last week to move to soft food but nothing really tastes good and the 30/30 rule is killing me. I know this gets better and I know I am probably just having one of those "what did I do to myself" days so if you have any advice/wisdom to share, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Kathy
