  14. Read, exercise and visit friends. Because if u eat wrong stuff, u will be so sick. I ate a little lasanga a week out of hospital. I hurt so bad I will never eat lasanga again. Don't eat wrong stuff. The pain and throwing up is not worth it. Sent from my SM-G360T1 using the BariatricPal App

  17. Buy some Jello cups and freeze tjem. Using your imagination, you can believe they are any solid food. I I'm magi ed mine was a pork chop. Also I ate grits cooked with boullion. That savory flavor really helped. Sent from my SM-G360T1 using the BariatricPal App
