New obsession but not good!

What are some (if any) new obsessions you have after surgery? I know I have been obsessed with Starbucks almond milk lattes and kcup cappuccinos. If I don't have one of them I'll feel slow the whole day lol

  • Mine is odd, I'm obsessed with going to the gym. If I miss a day I just feel off all day long.

  • For me it is walking. If I don't walk twice a day I feel horrible.

  • P3s! I love those things. Make sure you're cleared for nuts, and watch the ones with dried fruit as they have 100 more calories. But I recommend them - I have 1 for breakfast every day!
