I think you're doing great. That's about 10 lbs a month, over a 100 lbs in a year. Congratz on your surgery, wishing you continued success :).

So many factors impact weightloss. How much are you eating? Exercising? What types of food, etc.? I attend a bariatric support group led by a dietician. She is great about reviewing our food and activity logs if we have questions. Reach out to your doctor, nurse or dietician an be honest revealing what you are eating and doing.
