  3. I had the lap band end of August, when I started my journey at one point I was 251. I'm now down to 223, i lost about 26 pounds to date. Am i loosing enough or should I have lost more by now? Sent from my SM-G386T using the BariatricPal App
  4. I had the lap band for two months and a half and never felt food was stuck. You have to follow directions to chew your food well before swallow. Also walking or moving around after eating will help. Sent from my SM-G386T using the BariatricPal App
