feeling OK but weak

@@JF814

your system/tummy have been through a lot these past few days

YOU'VE been through a lot

being a little weak goes with the territory

glad you are trying to drink as many protein shakes as possible

water too - you can't afford to get dehydrated

don't push/rush things

relax, rest, rest and then rest some more

if you have little kids, hopefully someone can help

or you could always have them play in traffic!!

no rush to get back to work

if you must return, try and go 1/2 days

ease back into things

you should take care of you for now

you deserve some TLC

you will feel better and stronger as time goes on

good luck

kathy

It's definitely normal to feel weak honey. Just focus on rest and meeting your hydration goals as much as possible. Getting your fluids in will help you feel stronger. But take it easy and rest up.

I felt the same way on day 5 and my son got me some pedialyte and low sugar gatorade. Took a little over a few hours and felt amazingly better. Guess i needed electrolytes.
