Anyone from Mass using Mass Health as their ins. provider?

I know every company has their "requirements".

Yes depending on your diagnosis.

What do you mean exactly? I have them as a secondary and have been trying to get a hold of them but they are so hard to reach!

I never had to contact my insurance between my surgeons office they basically did it for me after completing all requirements than I was sent sent an approval letter. You can also try to contact someone from masshealth online through their website

I ended up going online to mass.gov to read bout requirements.

And yes, my Dr/Surgeons office seem to be handling it but I'm still researching in case I get denied and or have to appeal.

Hi. I'm from Springfield area. Reading everything I can. I talked to one provider, they said 4 months from 1st appt to surgery date. And other people have said 6+ months.
