  • I eat tons of hot green chiles (in vinegar) and sriracha sauce... Etc. I love spicy things. No problem here either. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

I'm not really into hot sauces, but I do like some spicy stuff. One of the Soups I bought for post-op is a "Thai culinary chicken stock" and it says the heat level is medium. I didn't notice that part until afterward, but it didn't bother me. My question here is...how soon after surgery did you all try spicy stuff again? Good or bad experiences? It never occurred to me to ask my nutritionist, which I will, but I thought first hand accounts would also be good to get.

I tried hot sauce in my broth about a week post op. I did great. ????
