help!

hello there. I got sleeved on November 11th. had a great surgery and recovery. I started my week pre diet with Protein shakes, it actually wen great. My problem right now is that i cant stand those shakes i am actually gagging on them, having a very difficult tine finishing them , and the chicken broth and and greek yogurt gives me goose bumps just listening to the words. i would like any kind of ideas on how you managed to go thru that liquid stage.

thank you!!!

I bought Grape flavored Proteins waters called Isotech42 at Super supplements. They have 42 grams of Protein. If I get one of this and 1 Protein shake, that meets most of my total liquid diet protein requirements.

I bought a bunch of cartons of "Imagine" brand Soups - tomato, pea, pumpkin, squash, and I nuke a cup of soup 2-3 times per day and sip slowly.

Hope you find what works for you. I was sleeved 11/13.

I did those imagine brand soups lots of great Flavors and added fage Greek yogurt In which taste like sour cream to me...

I also bought a Protein powder by g6 sports that I find very yummy sweetened with stevia

My favorite soup is tomato during that time

I mixed my powder in nonfat milk which taste better then Water and add protein

Try the unflavored protein. You can pretty much add it to anything. Also, try to "search" feature and you can read hundreds of answers to basic questions.
