I can tell you a better natural way to go!! Take dried Prunes cover with Water and steep them until they are soft. Drink the warm juice and eat a few prunes. You will go!! Good Luck

Hey all.
I'm coming up to my 3rd year post-op. I've noticed over the past year that I'm having issues with going to the bathroom. My dr. Told me to do the following: I've tried daily miralax, metamucil, stool softner. But the only way I feel a complete relief is by taking a laxative. And honestly im not trying to have a lazy bowel. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Would love to hear some feedback! Thanks!!
